Phase 02 · Open to All Startup Week Grads · 30 Days

Thirty Days.
Keep Building.
Prove Yourself.

Every Startup Week grad earns a spot here. The target is simple: your first paying customer in 30 days. Not a prototype. Not a pitch deck. Revenue. Weekly sessions, peer accountability, and real mentorship to get you there. Top performers earn their way into the next 90-Day Funded Incubator.

The Only Goal That Matters

One Paying Customer.
That's the Metric.

Most programs measure completion rates. We measure revenue. The only real validation of a business idea is someone paying you money for it.

By the end of 30 days, you should have at least one paying customer. Not a free trial. Not a letter of intent. Not "my friend said they'd buy it." Real money from a real customer who isn't your mom.

That's the bar. And we'll give you every framework, tool, and mentor session you need to clear it.

Customer-Market Fit
Is there a real market for what you're building?
Customer-Problem Fit
Is the pain real and urgent enough to pay to solve?
Product-Solution Fit
Does your MVP actually solve the problem?
First Revenue
Can you get someone to pay you money for it?
Repeatable Process
Can you do it again? And again? That's a business.
The 30-Day Curriculum

Week by Week.
Step by Step.

Every week has a clear theme, a class session, a 1-on-1 mentor check-in, and a set of deliverables. You'll never wonder what you're supposed to be working on.

Most founders fail because they're too broad. Week 1 is about ruthless focus: one niche, one customer type, one specific pain. You'll use the AI4 Studio Niche Validation Framework to stress-test your target market and come out with a crystal-clear customer profile.

Sessions This Week
  • Niche Validation Framework (class session)
  • 1-on-1 mentor check-in
  • Peer accountability pairing
What You'll Deliver
  • Finalized niche and customer profile document
  • Top 3 customer pain points ranked by severity
  • Competitive landscape mapped (who else is solving this?)
  • Offer hypothesis v2 written and reviewed by mentor
How You're Supported

Not a Course.
A Support System.

The Sprint isn't a self-paced course you forget about after week 2. It's a structured support system designed to keep you moving, accountable, and supported every single day.

Weekly Group Sessions

Every week has a live class session — in-person at co-working or via Zoom — where you'll learn the framework for that week and work through it with your cohort.

1-on-1 Mentor Check-ins

Every week you'll have a 30-minute 1-on-1 with your assigned mentor — a founder who's done what you're trying to do and can give you direct, specific feedback.

Peer Accountability Pairs

You'll be paired with another Sprint participant for daily check-ins. Accountability is the #1 predictor of success in this program.

Office Hours

Drop-in office hours twice a week for any questions, blockers, or feedback you need outside of your scheduled sessions.

Discord Community

24/7 access to the AI4 Studio Discord — dedicated channels for your cohort, plus access to all past Sprint participants.

AI Tool Stack Access

Full access to the AI4 Studio tool stack — vibe coding tools, AI agents, automation workflows, and the refer.io distribution network.

The Finish Line

Demo Day.
Pitch for Funding.

At the end of 30 days, you'll present your business at Demo Day — a live pitch event in front of investors, mentors, and the AI4 Studio community.

The top performers win funding and earn a spot in the 90-Day Incubator — our venture studio where you'll spend 3 months focused on one goal: break-even.

Even if you don't win funding, you'll walk away with a validated business, a paying customer, and a network of mentors and fellow founders who will be in your corner for years.
